Partnership form for church and school groups

Get started by filling out the partnership form. Tell us your goals for ministry. This partnership form may take up to 15 minutes to complete. This will begin the process for us to help you set your ministry plan for the year. The person filling out the form should represent their organization and go to Mexico with their group.
